Biography
As a founding member of Bovine Intervention, Phin is credited with being the first to use their "Moohoy" greeting, and is known to say, "Moo!" at the slightest provocation. He is also known for his supremely bad puns and penchant for green and orange.
Phin worked closely with Kuibbles in the formation of Carpe Noctem and was first to serve in an offical "second in command" position for that flag. Most of Phin's work with the flag was behind the scenes until Kuibbles decided to step down as monarch. At the announcement of Kuibbles' decision, Phin was selected as monarch of Carpe Noctem by a unanimous vote of the flag's titled officers. Phin stepped down as King of Carpe Noctem on March 2, 2007.
As governor of Zeta he led development of the island to the point that the island began spawning greenies.
