Oceanus Procellarum is a flag on the Midnight Ocean. Its name, Oceanus Procellarum, means Sea of Storms in latin.

Government

Oceanus Procellarum is an autocratic flag led by its monarch and a prince, called vice-monarch. The titled members, usually crew representatives have a participation on flag decisions, but all main decisions are taken by the two monarchs.

Goldye is currently the flag monarch and Yukkon is its vice-monarch.

History

Oceanus Procellarum was founded by Leisan on October 19, 2006.

Leisan was the flag monarch from October 2006 to April 2006. Goldye is the flag monarch since April 2006.

Prior to June 29, 2007 the flag was led by a monarch with a small royal council. Since then the flag decided to title all crew captains and would be led by a dual-monarch system.

On June 30, 2007 the crew Tenacsios D joined the flag.
