Mitjana Island is a large island located in the Ye Bloody Bounding Main Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: Melanaster Island and Triplet's Treasure.

This island spawns hemp and elderberries.

History
Mitjana Island is an uninhabitable island.
On the southeastern corner of the island, there is a wanted poster with an inscription that reads: "This island were fashioned by Emerson."
