Malicious Mixtures was a left-facing apothecary shoppe on Sakejima Island on the Cobalt Ocean. It was won by Erin in a "Death to Nemo" chant writing contest run by Avernus.
The apothecary was sold, and sadly under new management, on the 1st of July, 2006, the shoppe went dark and dusted sometime after that.
