Isla Halley is an outpost island located in the Pelican Archipelago. There are four known routes from the island: Starfish Island, Blackthorpe Island, Fowler Island and Ventress Island.

History
On the tail of the main island, on a rock between the sleeping turtle and a fish skeleton, an inscription can be found that reads, "This island were fashioned by Emerson."
Halley is named for Halley's Comet.
