The Ranks!
Cabin Person- Only as punishment for those who do not listen or order around.
Pirate- Everyone who joins becomes a pirate automatically! Pirates will always practice gunning during pillys.
Officer- Broads in basic categories. Undergo officer training. Officers will always practice navigating and battle navigating during pillys.
Fleet Officer- Same as officer with a little more skill.
Senior Officer- Leads pillys often and absolute trust.
