El Fusilado was a flag founded by Pyrobomb, the captain of Chumbawamba, but he gave the title of king to Luigiguy very shortly after creation of the flag.
The origins of the the flag's name come from a song by the anarcho-punk band Chumbawamba, about a Mexican man who was shot 10 times by a firing squad, but survived to tell the tale. Surviving the shooting earned the man the nickname "El Fusilado", or "The Shot One".

The name of the flag means "The Shot One' and the name is also a song by the band Chumbawamba about a man who survived ten shots by a firing squad, earning him the nickname El Fusilado.
Chumbawamba takes leave
Luigiguy of Chumbawamba decided to form his own crew, Moses, after Pyrobomb declared that he would be merging Chumbawamba with another crew. The flag thus went dormant.
