Public Statement

RULES- Do not ask to be promoted unless you have the stats. Do not ask to do duties like nav and gun unless you are good. No spamming at all.

Respect your superiors.
I have the rights to make exceptions.
Anyone caught stealing will be stripped of all rank and expelled.

Crew Articles

Please ask PTB(permission to board) if a sloop is out.

To all officers, fleet officers, and senior officers-

1. If you are an officer, do not run a pilly by yourself. Use the buddy system and take along a fellow officer.
2. If you start a pilly do not leave and pawn it off on someone else unless you have a very important reason. If you do, you will be demoted as soon as I hear about it.
3. Do not leave ships ported at uninhabitted islands. If you do you will be demoted.
4. The prefered limit for ship stocked is from now on 60 rum and 150 cbs. If you don't want to do this I don't have any prob with it though.

Promotions Requirements

Want to be promoted?! Have these stats and you will! SF and Rumble aren't stats I look at....Unless they are awesome.

CABIN PERSON- You start as one. Ask an officer or higher to join the crew.
PIRATE- Have Sail, Bilge and Carp experience at least Narrow/Distinguished and with two of them at broad.
OFFICER-Have sail, bilge and carp at Broad experience and know how to bnav. Also' Respected on all duty stats...cept' gunning....two stats at solid and at least one at master.
FLEET OFFICER- Have a ship and previous stats with solid in all core stats, three at master, one at renowned or awesome stats, distinguished bnav.
SENIOR OFFICER-Have all solids(bnav too preferably)(SF and rumble I don't care about), respected bnav, My trust and two at renowned.
