- Cabin Person: Ask.
- Pirate: Must have apprentice in sail carp and bilge and have neophyte in gunning.
- Officer: Narrow in sails bilge carpenty gunning and neophyte in battle navigation.
- Fleet Officer: Trust... broad in sailing carpentry and bilge and narrow in battle navigation.
- Senior Officer: Hand picked highly trusted players with atleast solid in all piracy puzzles excet swordfighting and rumbling and duty navigation.

- Swordsman: weighty in swordfighting.
- Sailsmaster: weighty in sail.
- Bilge Rat: weighty in bilge.
- Carpenter: weighty in carp.
- Gunner: weighty in gunning.
- Navigator: weighty in bnav and nav.
- Distiller: weighty in distilling.
- Alchemist: weighty in alchemy.
- Builder: weighty in shipwright.
- Drunk: weighty in drinking.
- Card Sharp: weighty in poker.
- First Mate: hand picked.
- Lieutenant: hand picked. (Are my elite crew that are the best and most loyal)
You can be assigned a title for one you have high enough stats for more then one just pick your favorite I will change at anytime.
