Cubelets is a crew on the Emerald Ocean, currently sailing under the flag Pandorica.

History
Cubelets was founded in April of 2012 by Squishat, along with Princessmg and Benazo. The crew initially sailed under the flag Private Party, but in Aug of 2012 switched flags to Illusion. In October of 2013 it was decided that Cubelets would leave Illusion and create a new flag Pandorica.
Crew blog
The Cubelets Blog was founded in April of 2013 as a central resource. It is currently on Version 1.5 and undergoes constant upgrading. The banner and background artwork were done with Squishat and Princessmg's concepts in mind, courtesy of the very talented artist Controversy of Emerald through her thread.

Either have a nice personality (mandatory) or great stats (optional) or both xD You also have to be fairly active on the seas.
As SOs have a say in the decisions of the crew, you also need to be liked and trusted by the Captain and other SOs.
Crew guidelines
+ Please leave ships at the ports and stock levels you found them at.
+ Be courteous to all jobbers. If your trip isn't going exactly as planned, take a deep breath, and let the jobbers know your course of action. Don't just ditch!
+ Unlock your vessels while at sea, especially for sinking environments.
+ Ask ptb for smaller ships, don't leave in battle, and apply common courtesy.
+ Don’t abuse your rank.
+ Don’t dust the props on other people’s ships.
+ If you see someone running a pilly, DO try to help them out if you can.
+ Don’t be afraid to ask questions if you need help.
+ Be nice to other people and respect them.
+ Silliness is fine, but there’s always a limit.
+ Have a sense of humor and don't take anything too seriously xD
