Public Statement
Why join Calm before the Cyclone? First of all, we're different from the other crews... because we accept everyone. No matter how old you are, you are welcome in this crew and treated as a normal person.
Advancing in our crew is based on loyalty, commitment, and dedication. Those who show these traits are promoted twice as fast as those who may have good stats. Be an honest, good person, and you'll rise to the top in no time. So... joining is easy - just ask any Senior Officer and they'll be happy to invite you! Have 3 masters in duty skills and reasonable experience in Battle Navigation and you will be made an officer. From there on, however, the only way you can advance is to be a good, honest, and dedicated crew member!
Promotion Requirements
Cabin person: None
Pirate: You will be asked three questions by a SO. Answer them correctly and you will be promoted.
Officer: 3 masters in duty skills and all broads in piracy. Reasonable experience in Battle Navigation is needed. You will also be asked by an SO to demonstrate knowledge of restock. You may only take out sloops. If you take out a brig you must have the permission of an SO.
Requirements for promotion:
Fleet Officer: trust by the SO's. Also, running a successful brig pillage will earn you FO.
Senior Officer: trust by the SOs
