Ahoy! This crew was raised by Ascotte and has been making the oceans dangerous from the first day they sailed a ship! Everyone can join our crew and have fun with us.
Rankings & Promotions
Pirate: 1 broad and 2 narrows
Officer: Broad in Bilge, Carpent, Sailing and gunning, master in gunning and rather good stats (so not all able for example). Bnav at broad/distinguished to show that you have some knowledge of how to bnav.
Fleet Officer: Additional experience in navigating and certainly battle-navigating. And a ship preferably. Also better stats than our average officer.
Senior Officer: Above all my trust.
I'll try to keep checking everybody so they get promoted at the right time. If you think you didn't get the promotion yet which you think you earned; Tell the captain then! Or inform a Senior Officer. If you are new to the crew or want to negotiate about what rank you would be, talk to the SO's as well or the captain.
