-Magma- was a crew of the Hunter Ocean, founded on May 19, 2007.

Magma was founded by Captain Isaiasnaruto and all of the senior officers. A day after the crew was formed, Isaiasnaruto's old friend Tomsy started playing YPP again. He joined the crew and became a senior officer. As soon as the crew achieved rumored fame, they joined the flag Access Denied. The crew grew quickly and in a few days it became the 2nd biggest crew in the flag with 50 members. Isaiasnaruto was appointed lord and represented the crew in the flag.

~Crew Rules~ ~Always be polite to your crew mates..We don't tolerate with BAD LANGUAGE! ~Always respect all Officers either if your pillaging with them or just having a chat with them..When they ask you to do something please do it or be planked! ~If you want to join a pillage that an Officer started ask PTB in crew chat...PTB means Permission To Board..Just type PTB (ship's name)...For example PTB Dangerous Whitebait...The officer in charge of the pillage will say granted or denied..If they never respond to you they may be in battle or He/She may be working in a station..Please be patient.You don't need to use PTB in war brigs or larger ships.Officer in Charge may be Abbreviated to "OIC".. ~IF YE BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES YOU WILL BE DEMOTED OR MAYBE EVEN WORST!

Promotion Guide

Please Note that we take these requirements seriously. ~Experience Levels: Novice~Neophyte~Apprentice~Narrow~Broad~Solid~Weighty~Expert~Paragon~Illustrious~ sublime. ~Skill Levels: Able~Distinguish~Respected~Master~Renown~Grand-master~Legendary~Ultimate.

~Cabin Person: Just ask an Officer to let ye join the crew.

~Pirate: All you need is RESPECTED in two of these 4 stations: sails,carp,bilge,or guns (Just because your pirate doesn't give you the right to gun in a pillage, its always the Officer in charge of the pillage who decides)

~Officer: For Officer you need Respected in B-nav,sails,carp,and bilge.You also need Master in guns..You have to go through a test (not a pillage test)...just simple questions..

~Fleet Officer:You need masters in B-nav and solid in Sails,Carp,Bilge and 2 of those three stations have to be masters.You also need Respected in Navigation and You also have to be trusted and you will be expected to pilly once in a while.

~Senior Officer:Thats my choice only and they have to be people I trust...They have to be loyal and know how to Handle a crew. (if you own a ship please talk to me and I can maybe make you An Officer automatically,you first have to go through a special test..)

~All Ranking Promotions can only be made by the captain or an SO (Senior Officer)..

~Some promotions may not go by these rules because I might want to promote someone if I think they have earned it!(only the captain or 2nd captain can do this)
