Introduction

At one point in time or another, while playing PP everyone comes across that time when you need to check on someone's stats. Perhaps you are running a pillage and a jobber claims to be an alt from another ocean. Or maybe you need to hire jobbers, but still want to navigate in between battles. Whatever the reason, there is now a solution.

Instead of having to abandon a duty station or spend time opening up a web browser and typing in the stats url, simply use the Y!PP Quick Stats Checker. With this Java-based tool, you can check the stats of any pirate on any ocean with ease.

Instructions

To use the application, simply download the file and run it. While the file extension is .jar, the program should be executable if PP runs on your computer. To check a pirate's stats, simply type in his or her name into the box, choose the desired ocean from the menu and click search. Within a few seconds the pirate's stats will be displayed conveniently in the table below.

IMPORTANT: If the file downloads as a .zip file, just change the extension to .jar and the program will function properly.

Application History

Version 1.0 -- 05/02/08 Midnight, Cobalt, Viridian, Sage, Hunter, and Opal oceans included. Window designed.

Version 1.1 -- 05/10/08 Malachite added to the Oceans menu.
