Basic Whirlpool Movement
From Open Entrance
If a sloop enters from any of the following starting positions, using just the one token shown to enter the whirlpool,
then the whirlpool will move the sloop in this pattern.
From Closed Entrance
If a sloop enters from any of the following starting positions, using just the one token shown to enter the whirlpool,
then the whirlpool will move the sloop in this pattern.
Inside the Whirlpool
Blue Token to Walk in Place
A ship that is already in the whirlpool, with its rear touching a closed entrance can use a blue token to walk in place.
Gold Token to Jump Ahead
A ship that is already in the whirlpool, with its rear touching an open entrance can use a gold token to jump ahead.
This can also be considered flipping the ship.
Green Token to Switch Corners
A ship that is already in the whirlpool, with its rear touching any entrance can use a green token to switch the corners that it bounces between.
