Ahoy! Please don't modify the Pirate infobox sub-templates. If your image is not properly displaying on your pirate article, then check first that you've uploaded it in the correct place - it helps that when you set portrait=yes in the infobox, it gives you a red link where the image should be - clicking on that link takes you to a page to where you can upload the file under the correct name. Changing the template means that while you managed to get your own portrait to work, you broke hundreds of other pirate articles. Your changes have been reverted for this reason.
