Pirate hall locations

Ahoy! If you want to see where all the pirate halls are located, see Category:Islands with pirate halls. The advantage of using a category over a table is that it automatically updates whenever we add an article for a pirate hall, or mark one as dusted. If there's islands that have pirate halls, but which aren't listed in the category, it means noone's created an article for the building yet, and it'd be most helpful if someone could.
