From YPPedia

Ahoy! We've reverted your changes to the Estate page. Please use the Sandbox to experiment with the wiki. Your changes to the Estate page just caused extra work for other people. --Barrister 12:22, 15 January 2006 (PST)

Ahoy! Thanks for experimenting with YPPedia. Your test edit worked, and has been reverted. Please don't create random new pages, as the wiki is for information and not general chat. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. --Sagacious 14:22, 29 April 2006 (PDT)

This is a notice that we consider some of your edits to be vandalism. This means you're adding nonsense to pages, duplicating existing content, removing useful content, breaking cosmetic elements of pages, or otherwise vandalizing the Y!PPedia. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Fair winds! --Thunderbird 15:30, 15 June 2006 (PDT)

I should also note that pages that are nothing more than a "coming soon" type page are likely to get deleted. If you're going to create a page, please put some content in there, otherwise you just create more work for other editors. --Thunderbird 16:08, 15 June 2006 (PDT)

When I talked to Kucey in game he stated that all he had to do was create the page and the "admins" would do the rest. That is NOT how this works and failure to comply may result in a banning from the admins due to vandalism. Considering how many warnings you have, I wouldn't be surprised if they are getting tired of this. Coolj31 10:56, 26 June 2006 (PDT)

There's nothing wrong with creating a stub, so that editors (admin and non- alike) can fill in the details; however, a stub needs to have some degree of content, and "coming soon" pages are indeed disruptive to the wiki. It would be wise to heed the warnings here; if you do so, you should be just fine. :) --Emufarmers 21:39, 26 June 2006 (PDT)

The thing is, he made a page and made it all gibberish and expects us to do the rest. Please look at the article "Deeogee" history. In paticular "Revision as of 20:06, 16 June 2006" Coolj31 06:52, 27 June 2006 (PDT)

Portraits

Ahoy! It's perfectly okay to upload portrait images. However, only if you intend to use them. There are now three identical images of you (Image:Pirates-Deeogee.png, Image:Pirates-Deeogee_the_great.png, and Image:Deeogee in pink.png). Only the first of those is named according to the wiki guidelines. You also have a fourth image at Image:Deeogee_the_great.png which is named incorrectly. (It should be Pirates-Deeogee2.png.)

In the very near future, I'll be deleting the duplicate pink portraits. If you don't use the black one, I'll schedule that for deletion, too. --Barrister 14:00, 17 June 2006 (PDT)

Ahoy! If you're trying to change your displayed portrait, just re-upload it as Pirates-Deeogee.jpg and allow it to overwrite the old file. At any rate, don't use ? marks in the filename - that mad things a little weird. :) --Zava 06:00, 28 August 2006 (PDT)

I've deleted the image file with ? in the name because it was not viewable due to the filename. --Guppymomma 21:32, 28 August 2006 (PDT)
