Ahoy! I notice you're having trouble adding your crew portrait to the article. Basically the way the portrait section of the crew infobox is set up is that if it's used, it automatically points to an image file on the YPPedia server with a specific name - in the case of crew images, the name is Crews-crewname.jpg. To help you out, I've already uploaded your crew portrait to the correct location, Image:Crews-Give_No_Quarter.jpg. To make it appear on your crew article page, you simply need to add the line |portrait=yes to the infobox code. Note that if you add that line to any portrait-capable infobox before uploading the image, it will actually give you a link to the page where you can upload the image under the correct name.
