Booty or No Booty is an all-ocean event, similar to Deal or No Deal?, hosted by many different hosts (originally solely Nobooty), at Nobooty's Estate. It gives all players a chance to play for a prize, ranging from a slatted crate to a familiar, via the golden ticket lottery. Golden tickets are obtained in different events and tournaments.
Upon entering, everybody is requested to:
- Keep chat clean, and at a minimum
- Use proper grammar
- Ask before trading or heartying (The hosts usually have DND on, however)
- Follow the host's directions
- Keep from interfering with the game (Examples: Spamming, harassing, entering the stage area, and false bidding.)
and most importantly,
- Have fun!
Booty or No Booty debuted on the Ice Ocean as a test, and was eventually brought to the main oceans. One lucky player plays the main game, starting by picking a box, and progressively eliminating the other boxes, and recieving offers to sell their box throughout the game. At the end, the player has the ability to gain the power of being able to switch their box, or keep it. Whatever happens to be in their final box, is what they win. There are also some spectator prizes (surPRIZEs), randomly given out in trivia questions or audience participation events. Booty or No Booty is currently in it's second series, with a total of 3 familiar winners, one in the first series, and two in the current series.
