You want to help with the SPECTRE Gunning Bakeoff? Great! Here are a few ways you can lend a hand with to help make this event a success.

Donate!

First and foremost, Agon is a stranger in this strange land of Sage, and will need to fundraise, collect, borrow, beg, and steal whatever he can. If you can offer any of the following, he'd love to talk to you:

• PoE or doubloons (Any amount)
• Ships (Sloops, War Brigs, or War Frigates.)
• "Useful" furniture (Carousing tables, chests, wardrobes, storage furniture...)
• Clothing

We are regretfully only accepting "New" clothing and "New" or "Good" furniture. We're sorry, but we don't want to give winners prizes that dust a week or two after they get them!

Volunteer!

If you can be avaliable from 10:00 to 3:00 or so on a Saturday (Pirate time) and understand the full rules, we'd certainly love to have you aboard! Just send a PM to Agon and indicate your interest. It's expected that volunteers will be familiar with the rules before applying. Experience hosting events, XOing for pillages, helping to organize blockades, or similar is an asset.

We're looking for 10-12 henchmen. Duties may include:

• Supervising a ship during the actual event
• Helping with promotions and fundraising
• Keeping an eye on the Loser Lounge during round 2
• Standing around, looking pretty, and peeling grapes to feed to Apollo

All volunteers will need to have an active Officer badge for the day of the event. While we do hope to fundraise some doubloons, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to purchase these badges for you. Ability to acquire your own is worth pointing out in your PM.

White Names?

Assistants who are roleplaying as characters will be provided with white names for the duration of the event. We take roleplaying seriously. You are expected to create a developed character, make appearances (in-character) on the docks to help promote the event, and otherwise "do stuff". If you are assisting with the event on your main pirate, you will not get a white name. If you would like to roleplay, please indicate as such in your letter.

Fundraise!

If you're a decent bnavver and are willing to lead a fundraising pillage or two, Agon would love to hear from you (Again, PMing him is your best bet) We may even be able to dispatch a henchman or two to puzzle and help promote the pillage, provided proceeds are going to the bakeoff.
