The White Tower is a right-facing palace on Islay of Luthien. It was erected in November 2004 under the governance of the flag Carpe Noctem. The deed is held by the current governor of Islay of Luthien.

The White Tower was named by the original owners of Islay of Luthien, Carpe Noctem, according to their scheme of references from The Lord of the Rings trilogy by author J.R.R. Tolkien. This building was named after the huge white tower at the top of the chief city of Gondor.

Welcome to The White Tower.

Standing upon the Eastern Shore of the Undying Lands, this marvel architecture was raised that Elwing might await Eärendil as he returns from his daily voyage across the skies.
