The Prancing Pony is a right-facing inn on Islay of Luthien. It was erected in November 2004 under the governance of the flag Carpe Noctem. The deed is generally held by the current governor of Islay of Luthien but in this case has been transferred to another party.

The Prancing Pony was named by the original owners of Islay of Luthien, Carpe Noctem, according to their scheme of references from The Lord of the Rings trilogy by author J.R.R. Tolkien. This building was named after the inn and chief building of the village of Bree, The Prancing Pony.
