The Black Sheep is a flag on the Cobalt Ocean.

History of the Flag
It was founded on August 29, 2005 by Muttons and the Ramen Noodles. The Black Sheep began when the Ramen Noodles left Something Powerful shortly before that flag's collapse. In September, 2005, Muttons left the flag. Tamitee was unanimously voted in as the new monarch.
