I removed the bits about needing a Legendary/Ultimate SB ranking, since we don't have that anymore. Is there a need to come up with something to replace it? I've noticed (based on the forums) that people seem to be more willing to pillage with non-elites these days. --Thunderbird 14:17, 17 April 2006 (PDT)
