Ocean Masters are real employees of Three Rings Design with real jobs. You become an OM by waiting for Three Rings to announce that they are taking applications for the position, you apply and you interview, just like any other normal job. I believe that most OM jobs are part-time, telecommute positions. Chupchup 18:18, 4 July 2012 (PDT)
