Historical notes
"Before release 2007-05-24, there was only one level of locking, which was equivalent to Personal Use" - this doesn't answer the question, which is whether the previous level of unlocking was equivalent to Crew Use or Battle Ready. I think it was Battle Ready, that is, an unlocked ship could be sailed into blockades, but can someone confirm this? --Malthus1 10:30, 4 June 2007 (PDT)
