Crows Nest images

They just look strange, like a cropped version pasted into an ocean background. Is there a situation where the player can actually see the whole scene? If yes, I guess it should be mentioned in Ice Discussion, it would be a graphic bug for me. --Alfwyn 11:01, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

Arrange furniture interface. The thing is, the crow's nests look like that on every ship - it's only apparent on this ship because they have the lantern prop extending past the cut-off edge. The Longship crow's nest image is the perfect example of this - it looks like it continues, but that's seriously all there is. Past the edge of the image, it's just ocean. For the junk, there's basically two solutions - erase the lantern prop and crop to the sharp edges, or do the same without erasing the prop. Otherwise we can just be satisfied, but I agree it looks real ugly. I'm certain it's not a bug or design error - it's a bit tricky to accidentally not draw the edges of an image. Pester the Ringers to make a bigger scene that noone except the ship's owner will see? --Belthazar451 11:13, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Pester the Ringers to make a bigger scene that noone except the ship's owner will see? - well they put a lantern there... --Sagacious (talk) 11:46, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
Ok, it looks like arranging the furniture in a crows nest always looks a bit strange - probably not worth fixing since this is a really rare occassion. I am in favor of cropping the images for the wiki, leaving a cropped lantern. The crows nest image for the sloop for example is cropped more or less arbitrarily too, not showing the whole scene (well, only water is cropped away in that example). --Alfwyn 12:18, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
