Colors vs. Shapes when dealing with Kegs

I'm a little bit confused by this paragraph. I've bolded the part that I'm confused by:

Kegs count as no particular shape, but a color. As such, 
you'll need to have two pieces surrounding the necessary 
square of different shapes in order to clog a square.

Shouldn't that be "two pieces surrounding the necessary square of different colors"?--Zyborg22 10:48, 9 October 2005 (PDT)

The point to be made about this remark is that simply putting one piece will not do it if there is a keg about; if the colors are different, all the opponent has to do is find the right shape that matches the 'clogging' piece. Having two different shapes, however, in addition to the different color, screws them over.

When clogging a square with a keg next to it, the difference in color is assumed (otherwise it wouldn't be clogging at all), hence my focus on different shapes instead of colors. Furthermore, the two clogging pieces can be of the same color (as long as they are not the same color as the keg), so long as they are different shapes.

Two different shapes around a keg of non-matching color will clog a square. Two different colors of the same shape around that same keg, however, will not. Veled 20:55, 9 October 2005 (PDT)
