The rule is that if you no longer are in a position that warrents a pirate page, that you lose your pirate page correct? So would this page be considered vanity now? Airwoman ros 10:19, 14 March 2006 (PST)

The guidelines state that the pirate shouldn't lose their article if they change or lose their noted positions e.g. Captain - but the article has to be ammended to mention when the pirate changed their position. Therefore the article doesn't directly fall into the vanity club. However there is very little information about this pirate - and apart from captain a crew, there is nothing else notable they have achieved. Seems a tad pointless having such a short page for a previous captain. --Sagacious 10:59, 14 March 2006 (PST)
I've read that thing several times. My eyes blur to much. Both this captain's page, and the page of his defunt crew are stub type articles. Where do we draw the line on the validity of such short articles with little to no influence on the past present or future of the game?
If the article provides no useful or interesting information, it could be proposed for deletion. --Sagacious 11:20, 14 March 2006 (PST)
