Stillin' the Maize is a distillery on Cnossos Island. It has been owned by the flag Maritime Law since April, 2004 when it was purchased at auction. Stillin' the Maize was named in a Cnossos Island naming contest. Its name refers both to the manufacture of alcohol from corn, as well as to the labyrinth of the minotaur in Greek mythology.
