Rules
Game will start a few minutes after the deadline, which will give time to randomly choose rogues, inform them, and let them come up with a way to communicate.
It will be 5 minutes of discussion, 3 to vote out loud, 2 for me to count and announce the lynchee and bannee.
The twist? The rogues will be voting for who they want to BAN in tells to me, while the voting for LYNCH goes on. That gives 10 minutes per round, with 12 rounds for the game.
Passing will be allowed. Votes are a simple majority of all votes sent in. In other words, if only 10 townies vote, and 6 of them are for memyselfandi, memyselfandi wins and is lynched. The only way a lynch fails is if two people receive the most votes. So in a 10 person vote, 5/5 split, vote fails. 3/2/5 split, 5 is lynched. If the majority of votes is for pass, then the lynch will pass that round.
All players who are dead will have to report to the "Dead Deck", a place on the ship where the game is taking place, and separate from the other players. They may only speak in chat circles isolated from other players, or in tells.
Now, I realize that I cannot see if you are dead and sending tells to live people. So, I have to trust you aren't. Don't ruin my fun by cheating.
Disclaimer: I reserve the right to change the rules after the first one, and we see what works and what doesn't. No persecuting the GM because we don't know how this will go.
Game ends when:
1. All rogues are dead, town wins.
2. Rogue numbers equal townie numbers (or are greater), rogues win.
3. Twelve rounds go by. Draw.
Note: Game time is server time, or Pacific time.
