Flotillas and More Enbiggened Puzzles

- Brigand King flotillas no longer all appear at the weekly relocation time. Each flotilla now picks its own arrival time spread across the following week.
- Flotillas no longer respawn on the reboot after already having been defeated.
- Refreshed 2x puzzle art for Blacksmithing, Weaving, TH (pieces and the various treasure chests), the Foraging moths, the Rumble background, and the Poker and parlor card decks.
- High-resolution tutorial images have been added for Sailing, Carpentry, Rigging, and Blacksmithing.
