Nunataq Island is an outpost island in the Crab Archipelago. There are three known routes from the island: The Beaufort Islands, Messier's Crown, and Qaniit Island.
Nunataq is also home to Wooly Matthew, a black sheep.

History
Nunataq Island was originally located on the Hunter Ocean. A rock south-southeast of the dock reads, "This island were fashioned by Synful."
This island's name comes from the Inuktitut language and refers to a mountain top sticking out of a surrounding glacier.
