We don't recruit officers directly. Don't ask. Ye're welcome to join as cabin person and work yer way up.

Ahoy, mates! Here be the requirements for climbing in your ranks, and any more information you may require. Feel free to ask myself any questions about the crew.
• Rank Requirements:
Cabin person: Ask
Pirate: Narrow experience in bilging, sailing, carpentry and gunning, and one those with distinguished standing. Navy rank of Sailor. Promotion to pirate will take place by recommendation from officer after finished pillage.
Officer: Broad experience in Bilge, Carpentry, Sailing and Gunning as well as Narrow in Sword Fighting, Navigation and Battle Navigation, Distinguished standing in navigation or battle navigation, and navy rank of Ensign. In addition, must pass Officer Training. If ye own the deed to a vessel and have been with us for a while, above requirements may be relaxed a bit.
Fleet Officer and Senior Officer: These are mainly for those who help run this crew.
People can get off a little easy with requirements, definitely those with a great attitude!
