Officer - Broad in Bilge, Carpentry, Sailing and Gunning aswell as Narrow in Sword Fighting, Navigation and Battle Navigation and must pass Officer Training. If ye own the deed to a vessel, ye will be made Officer, but ye may ONLY Pillage on yer vessel until ye pass Officer Training

Fleet Officer - Must have increased trust, and been in the crew for a week with the above requirements.

Senior Officer - Alot more trust, Solid in Bilge, Carpentry, Sailing and Gunning aswell as Broad Sword Fighting, Navigation and Battle Navigation.

People can get off a little easy with requirements, definently those with a great attitude!
