For those who using basic QM2 - files for v2.4a can be downloaded from here (for the EXE file) or here (for the RAR file). Be sure to choose the update option, not fresh install, which will save your current lists.

- Close QuarterMaster if you currently have it open.
- Go to your QuarterMaster folder that contains all of the program data for this application.
- Open the file "Config.txt"
- Add your ocean name to the list of "ALL OCEANS"
- Add your ocean name to the list of "NATIVE LANGUAGES" and be sure to add "=English" to it so that it matches the other ocean names in the list.

MORE OFFICER'S GUIDES YOU COULD FIND IN THE FLAG'S STATEMENT.
'Call all hands' by Gulfstream's way
Call all hands can be very useful and very distracted tool. These examples and notes gives the main ideas to the officers when and how to use this tool.
Common use of the tool for all officers at sea
- During Pillage, SMH, Foraging or Expedition
!!! In that way all crew members and jobbing pirates with the current rights (depending on their badges) could instantly board the ship, even 'bad jobbers', pirates with low standings and random pirates online. Depending on the size of the ship, some pirates probably couldn't board the ship and in the worst case that will be the best available pirates which the CO had as main target. The officers maybe should first send private tells to those pirates or at least they could use specific chat.
Exclusive and emergency use of the tool
- Concerning PvP and blockade issues
Assembling all pirates without those in battles
!!! Only if the officer have the clear knowledge about the current situation and having permission or fitting authority for the scale of the assembling. This is also 'public call' - all the current pirates in the crew will see the call.
- Useful option to move pirates from ships to ship.
- Recommended for blockade jobbers' management with intentions to relocate the current jobbers.
Assembling only the pirates from all ships, including those in battles
!!! Only if the officer have the clear knowledge about the current situation and having permission or fitting authority for the scale of the assembling.
- Useful option in advanced blockade management.
- Recommended for experienced blockading team only.
Assembling only pirates in battles
!!! Only if the officer have the clear knowledge about the current situation and having permission or fitting authority for the scale of the assembling. This is also 'hidden call' - only the current pirates in the crew in battle(s) will see the call.
- Useful option if the officer want to use particular selected pirates from one particular battle.
- Recommended for PvP use only by experienced PvP-officers - boarding other ship with intentions to use the same pirates (important condition - no other current battles).
Assembling all pirates
!!! Only if the officer have the clear knowledge about the current situation and having permission or fitting authority for the scale of the assembling.
- Useful option in extremely situations, demands instant support.
- Recommended only for big ships and only for supreme authority powered officers.
Crew's training system
The crew gives to pirates the opportunity to develop their skills with the original training system* - deleted because nobody was involved in... so the system is - HOP ON THE CAPTAIN'S SHIP AND LEARN !
Donation policy
Crew has open-minded donation policy with visible current funds. The pirates could donate 1-10% of their profit from any finished act in:
- Producing
- Trading
- Battling
- Swordfight
- Rumble
- Drinking
- Treasure Drop
- Spades
- Hearts
- Poker
? How to share the profit or donate ?
- The pirate could just contact with Gulfstream or Kampro and pay, trade or transfer what he want to share, which will be for common crew's needs use.
- The pirate could check the current Crew's Fund raising status and contact with the Fund raiser or check the exact Fund's ship (all fund's ships are ported at Admiral Island) to share what he want for particular chosen fund.
- The pirates could also suggest a new 'fund account' and donate/share exactly for that new fund, if the new fund will be established, following this rule:
the name of each fund must be simple, reasonable, with understandable aim and duration.

PvP ratings of the crews in Brutal Fate / FROZEN PROJECT
Since the 'fresh' merging of Sage and Hunter oceans, this page presents new listing of all crews of the flag Brutal Fate in 'PvP order', calculating all coming battles between players. The list is based on the current Crew's PvP Rank and Fame since and including 1-st February 2012. Dormant Crews with 'Sailors/Aspiring' status at the moment of the establishing the list was not listed. The used common objective calculation methods will guaranty undisputed and acceptable rankings.
Calculations and rankings
The basic ranking is based on the official game's PvP rank and crew fame - used here as first 2 measures to compare the crews. If 2 crews have exactly same PvP standing and fame they will be listed in order according to the next two factors - PvP balance and PvP points.
- Indicating icons for the crews reaching once:
Updating
The list will be updated at least once weekly:
