Flow is an outpost island located in the Opal Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: Oseberg Island and Boyle Island.

This island spawns cowslip, stone, thorianite, and yarrow.

History
Flow may be named for Scapa Flow, a body of water in Scotland.
Flow is currently an uninhabitable island.
