image is missing from the game itself

This image (i.e. an image/icon representing a Pirate Hall) is not present at all within the game, and by the nature of this building type, it will not/can not exist, until Three Rings decides to display housing info for crews and flags. "Regular" houses (i.e. for individual pirates) show up in that pirate's info page. But since Three Rings is not showing this data for crews/flags, we don't have any means of seeing this data.
