Elimae
Biography
Elimae started out on the Midnight Ocean as a non-subscriber on 10/01/2006. After much time spent on the Midnight Ocean, she had begun to realize that perhaps it was time to leave the ocean behind and nurture Real Life as it stood. In turn, the dreaded "Delete" button was pushed and Elimae was no longer in existence as of late 2009.
In December of 2010, she had decided that it was time to return to Midnight to explore the ocean, as well as regain her reputation she had left behind and realize the drastic mistake she had made. She has rebuilt a majority of her hearty list, and is still searching for those she has left behind. She now sails the ocean as a Fleet Officer with the crew Harsh Nature, and is a member of the flag Twisted Fate.
Her familiar, Doofy, was given to her as a birthday gift by Bigdoofus - a hearty and friend for life. She will keep Doofy safe and will never sell her due to sentimental value. She however, has always wanted to win a snake in CI or a familiar in a tournament.
Random Fun Facts!
- She loves to talk with her crew, flag and hearties about anything.
- She is also willing and able to help with anything that someone needs or wants to talk about (it can be personal or game-related, she functions as a therapist in-game some of the time).
- Loves to use Skype as a conversation device if the other person wants to. She also likes to add her hearties or anyone she finds willing to talk and get to know better to her Facebook.
- Is a mean shopper and loves to buy clothes!
- She is most often seen doing any of the following:
- Tarting the docks around Midnight while doing homework IRL.
- Sitting at the Parlor Tables, you can see her playing Spades, Treasure Drop, Poker and Swordfighting. Drinking, Rumble, and Hearts are a rare sighting and only are played when there is nothing going on.
- In tells with her hearties, or chatting with her flag and crew.
- Fighting zombies and skellies around Midnight!
- Out on the rare pillage, blockade, or CI.
- Specializes in token sailing on CIs.
- Is horrible at Bilge, if you can do not trust her with a bilge pump!
If you are one to care about RL information, here are some tidbits that you may want to know:
- She is from Wisconsin, in the United States and attends a University in the city in which she resides. She is studying Psychology with a minor in Sociology and plans to go to graduate school to pursue a degree in Clinical Psychology - as well as own her own practice and obtain Hypnotherapy certification.
- She is a major Facebook addict as well as Puzzle Pirates addict (but she only stays online to chat a majority of the time while doing schoolwork - and succeeds).
- She has been playing acoustic guitar for many years of her life, about 10.
- She is a certified Hypnotist, and plans on continuing into Hypnotherapy. She enjoys helping people experience what relaxation is like, as well as addressing issues of procrastination and self-confidence. She will be starting to create relaxation audios specializing in topics people request (within reason).
- Music is her life. She listens to classic rock and roll, modern/alternative rock, techno/trance/electronic music, ambient, metal of all kinds, and international music (music in different languages).
- She is learning Spanish in order to communicate to those who cannot speak English well both in-game and IRL.
- She has been described by her friends and family as kind, respectful, and willing to help others.
