Dutch Meetup 2009

The details
The meetup will take place in Delft from Friday 7th to Monday 10th August, 2009. Depending on numbers interested in an extra night, we may have the same location until Tuesday, or have a minimeet at Dylan's home nearby for stragglers. Dylan and Amatoria are organising, with all help welcome.
Location
Our location is "The gunpowder house", a historic building which was built and used after there was a huge explosion in Delft. We have three bedrooms (14+12+8) plus a big room inside; outdoors is used by (sea) scouts and we will have a canoe and rafts to play in the moat with. Yeppers: gunpowder storage with a moat.
Cost
Costs will once again be shared, so it is hard to quote an exact price. However, with years of organising these, it will likely be within 10% of 100 EUR per person, fully inclusive of bed, breakfast, brunch, BBQ, buffet, and booze, for 3 nights.
Payment
Payment will be 50 EUR in advance (Umpie will send payment details by e-mail or PM) and about 50 more on arrival - how much exactly will depend on if we manage to avoid any cost overruns (like not breaking minimum occupancy). We'll have a divvy on Sunday if there is any money left after shopping.
