Ok this is the beginning of a flag. As soon as some crews get recruited things will get better and there will be some rules, but for now, we need more crews. To join send a tell to Either Myself Avengerlachy or a royal.

Your crew will generally get One Royal and any reasonable amount of Titleds depending on size. I will have a quick interview with the person you are wanting to be royal.
