Chandalalala is a fleet officer of Unscrupulous Rumrunners and a member of the flag Brink of Dawn on the Viridian Ocean. She parties it up with her cuddle buddy Aerialla, her hunny Eldouche, and her friends Charlote and Msprecious. They all live together in a villa on Windward Vale.

Chandalalala, also known as "Chanda," "Chan," and "Lala" for short, enjoys shopping and buying matching outfits with Aeri, sinking sloops in Atlantis.
