Arctic Circle is a flag on the Ice Ocean founded in the year 2005 on May 23rd.
Public Statement
We are on vacation.
Eieio is also adjacent to Oubliette Island to the southeast and Kings Island to the north. These two islands are designated as "blockade practice islands." Blockades there only last one round and the islands can't be taken. The warchest is practically free and no fame is required. So, anyone can go practice a round of blockade.
We welcome any and all newcomers to Ice Ocean and hope ye'll come here often. Even though it's harder to get "Excellent" in pillages, the payouts are much higher than other oceans and materials here are cheap. Spend some time here and you'll be glad you did.
