Dawn of the Revolution was founded by its present monarch and queen, Leslieann, on the Cobalt Ocean. The flag was born intentially on the 4th of July, the anniversary of the birth of a well-known republic shedding its colonial bondage to signify a new beginning for it's founding crew, Twisted Revolution.
