Ahoy! I appreciate your interest in defending the pages you feel belong on the wiki. You're as welcome as everyone else to participate in the discussion. That being said, I'm going to insist that you tone down your language and treat others with respect. Your recent language on Talk:River was unacceptable. No one's trying to "ream" you. In fact, people were trying to help you by finding at least one way that River would avoid being labelled as a vanity page. (That's why they asked if the familiar was hers since it's one of many ways to avoid the vanity tag.) Instead, you responded with accusations and foul language. Next time you're angry, please take a few minutes to consider that most of the people here are just trying to maintain the wiki. We've never met you, and we hold you no ill will. Barrister, you met me on Midnight, and Fannon was in my crew until I left OTR. Some stuff that happened within the crew was being referenced. I can't expect the rest of you to know that, but it wasn't entirely unwarranted. And yes, Saga-whatever-his-name-is was blatantly headhunting, looking for any excuse to have the page deleted. So I admit, it pissed me off, and I overreacted. But I don't think I was ENTIRELY out of line. The degree of response was exaggerated, the stimilus for it was not.--DragonRage 18:13, 10 March 2006 (PST)
