Ahoy! I've significantly trimmed down your entry for The Myrmidons. We aim for entries that look like the kind of stuff you'd find in an encyclopedia. Your guidelines for crew promotion don't really meet that criteria. Further, pages should be written in third-person rather than first-person. (Avoid using "I" and "we".) The information about missions is available from the mission page. Repeating the info on your crew's page means that it has to be updated multiple times in case it changes.
