Welcome
Ahoy! Welcome to the wiki. I notice you've made several edits so far. Please try to keep them topical and factual. In particular, I've had to undo your changes to Cnossos Island. Yes, we know there are buildings on that island, but we don't yet know which. That's why it said "No known buildings." If you wish to discuss a particular page, please use the "discuss this page" tab at the top of the page you're interested in. Thanks! --Barrister 13:28, 2 May 2006 (PDT)
Pirate Pages
Ahoy! I've notice ye've made several pages about pirates. Some of them don't appear to qualify for their own wiki page - and so I've had to tag them as a vanity page. Before you make any more pirate pages, be sure to read the YPPedia policy on individual pirate articles. Thanks. --Sagacious (talk) 04:21, 19 May 2006 (PDT)
- Please stop creating these new pages. None of the ones you have created since my last message qualify under the individual pirate article policy. If you continue to create these pages and not take note of these messages, you may be temporarily prevented from editing the wiki. By making these vanity pages, you're simply creating more work for the administrators. If you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on the talk page. Thanks. --Sagacious (talk) 04:37, 19 May 2006 (PDT)
- Ahoy there! I did a deletion run today, but I left your SO articles in place. This is because they're new, and potentially encyclopedic if you develop them beyond their current state. Other administrators may (well, almost definetly) won't see things the same way, so I suggest you hustle and get working on them before someone else does a purge run. Fair winds! --Ponytailguy 08:58, 20 May 2006 (PDT)
- Oh, you gave permission to kill them? Boffo. --Ponytailguy 09:06, 20 May 2006 (PDT)
