History
Jesters' Court was formed on August 29 of 2005 when the flag Fools' Paradise merged with The Council.
As at 23rd of April 2007, the flag looks to be nearly dormant with only a single active member.
Politics
The monarch of Jesters' Court is elected by a vote by all members of royalty on a bimonthly basis. (That is, every two months.) Only royalty are eligible for nomination and no person may hold two consecutive two month terms.
