File talk:Little mermaid2.PNG

From YPPedia

hello you do have rights to make a mermaid of your own to use on the site..that is why its call doll maker........it was not copy ,i made the doll.......

But you are using elements of another site - for which I assume you haven't sought permission. Just because you composed the image doesn't necessarily mean you have to rights to publish it elsewhere. If the website makes it clear they don't mind, or you contact them and get permission - then that's ok. But ontop of the copyright issue - this image is currently not being used anywhere and therefore could be deleted.--Sagacious (talk) 14:52, 18 May 2006 (PDT)
Delete - Assuming because they offer the HTML coding to take the doll to ones own site, it's public domain (as long as the small written advertisement remains intact). Sadly their terms of use page doesn't exist and it's near impossible to get a real say in whether it is a copyright violation or not. But I agree, this image should be deleted, it's unused and has no value to YPPedia or the Puzzle Pirates community at all IMHO. —Sivius(T/C) 00:44, 22 May 2006 (PDT)
